Local Service Vault Digital Delivery Policy

Local Service Vault sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

After a successful purchase, digital files are delivered electronically through Shopify Digital Products using the email address and order information associated with the purchase.

There are no physical shipping charges or physical delivery times.

If you do not receive access to your files, first verify the email address used at checkout and check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your purchase, use the Contact page on our website for assistance.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email account used to place the order.

Any billing address requested during checkout is used for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or account purposes and does not mean a physical product will be shipped.
